DB/DBE/DBR Dial Torque Wrench ±3% of Reading
Clear and readable graduations allow the DB Series wrench to be easily read during tightening and inspection applications. The primary needle indicates value - the memory pointer holds the maximum torque value attained during the measuring procedure. It's ideal for quality and audit measures. The DB series also has a protective cover that protects dial face and housing, while the wrench is shock proof.
The DB series is available from 0.6 Nm to 6000 Nm.

CEM-2 Digital Torque Wrench ±1% of Reading
A new style microprocessor controlled torque wrench with digital readout, designed especially for research and development, quality control and various torque assembly processes. This wrench utilizes interchangeable heads allowing the user to use Tohnichi's wide selection of heads. Up to 100 torque settings can be stored in the internal memory and can be displayed at any time. RS232 or, as an option, infrared or FM Signal output allows the CEM-2 to be interfaced with a PC. Mode function allows the user to select max., min., and mean values. Included with every wrench is the battery charger and appropiate square drive head.
The CEM-2 series is available from 0 Nm to 350 Nm.

FM-Series Electronic Torque Wrench ±3% of Reading or Setting
With its wireless transmitter (pictured above mounted on a QSP wrench), the FM Series torque system verifies bolt tightening to ensure accurate assembly. An FM signal travels to the systems' receiver which gives audible confirmation when the torque is reached. That signal can be sent to a counter for visual confirmation. Six types of wrenches are available with the FM system. Signal transmission distance is 15 metres. Eighteen different frequencies are available to virtually eliminate interference between FM systems.

A/AC Airtork Torque Wrench ±3% of Reading (A450C2 Pictured)
The A/AC Airtork Torque Wrench features high speed tightening using an air motor with a torque wrench attached. After provisional tightening by the air motor at high speed, manual tightening can be correctly done to the set torque. Tightening torque bears no relation to air pressure.(The two processes of the traditional impact wrench and torque wrench are executed as one process.) Preset and adjustable models are available.
The A/AC series is available from 3 Nm to 180 Nm.

ST Spin Torque ±1% F.S. +1 digit
Portable battery operated digital torque meter designed to use on the output end of nutrunners and angle wrenches. This instrument is unique in the sense that this should not be confused with a rotary type of torque sensor. There are no wires to get caught and this instrument has no brushes to wear. The battery operation allows this instrument to spin with the tool and utilizes its peak hold feature to capture the peak torque value. There is a built in memory feature allowing for storage of up to 100 readings for easy downloading via infrared data transfer to a Data Tank.
The ST is available from 1.1 Nm to 1,150 Nm.

TME Digital Torque Meter ±1% of Reading + 1 digit
The TME series of digital torque meters are used to check container cap tightness and their removal torque. These meters can also be used to verify torque tools during calibration. The TME features a micro-processor permitting functions such as Auto-Zero and storage of up to 50 different torque values at one time. An RS232C output connector permits interfacing with PCs and printers.
The TME series is available in the following ranges: 18 Ncm to 18 Nm.

ATG/BTG Torque Gauge ±2% of Reading>
Accurate and durable, the ATG/BTG torque gauges are the choice for gauging very small parts, such as those found in cameras, computers and watches etc. Excellent for inspection and assembly. Dual scales register torque at the top and side of the gauge. Both the ATG and BTG utilize a three-jaw chuck to hold a variety of shapes and sizes securely. A steel chuck is provided on BTG models, plastic on ATG with steel as an option. Both types operate Left and Right-handed.
The ATG / BTG is available from 0.05 Ncm to 150 Ncm.

DOTE Digital Torque Tester ±1% of Reading + 1 digit
The DOTE series of digital torque testers offers the same smooth movement as its mechanical counterparts, but with greater accuracy. The DOTE also features an LED readout and bi-directional capability. An over torque alarm flashes to indicate surpassing of maximum torque range. The unit's memory feature freezes your maximum torque reading.
The DOTE series is available in the following ranges: 0 Nm to 675 Nm.
