The Electrotorque is an extension to Norbar's range of powered torque controlled tools and offers a clean, efficient and versatile alternative to pneumatic power. Unlike pneumatic tools, Electrotorque runs at full speed regardless of torque setting. These features are unique to the Norbar Electrotorque: Powerful 2-5kW, 48V DC motor (low voltage for safety). Accurate torque control, repeatable to ±3%. Linear performance (current to torque). Tools can be set accurately to any torque within their range from the calibration graph supplied. Automatic 'soft start' to prevent shock loading and for safety. Remote motor option.

Other features: Bi-directional. Quiet and clean operation - avoids the oil mist associated with pneumatics. Designed for long life and easy servicing. Operating costs lower than pneumatics.
